AES-256-GCM Encryption At Rest
All sensitive data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it touches the database. Two layers: system-level PII encryption (server-managed key) plus an optional per-workspace encryption key derived with PBKDF2 (600,000 iterations) for an extra ring around customer data.
Real-Time Collaboration
Live presence indicators with online / away / busy status, and cell-level editing presence so you know exactly which cell each teammate is working on. Owner / admin / member / viewer roles with fine-grained workspace and base permissions.
Workflow Automations

Switch the same data between Grid, Kanban, Calendar, Gallery and Timeline views. Each view stores its own filters, sorts, grouping and column visibility so different teams see what matters to them.
Import & Export
Upload Excel and CSV files with column mapping and live preview. Export filtered, sorted and grouped data back out as CSV or XLSX.
Conditional Colouring
Apply colour rules to whole rows or individual cells based on field values. Supports contains, equals, is empty, greater than and many more — rules cascade in priority order.
Email Integration
Database-backed Resend integration. Used by the platform and each workspace has their own isolated configuration, so each team can send from its own domain. Used for automation emails, invites and account flows.
Two-Factor Authentication
TOTP-based 2FA compatible with any authenticator app (Authy, 1Password, Google Authenticator, etc.). Workspace owners can require 2FA for all members.

Offline-First Sync
Local-first architecture with a CRDT-powered sync engine. Edits land instantly in an in-browser database (OPFS + WASM) and replicate to the server in the background. Works fully offline; conflicts resolve automatically when you reconnect.
Base Sharing & Access Control
Share individual bases with specific users via the right-click context menu. Restrict bases to selected members, lock bases to owner-only, or open them workspace-wide. Fine-grained control without nested permission trees.
Public Forms
Publish shareable forms backed by your base tables — every submission lands as a new row. Free workspaces get up to 2 forms with LandTable branding; Pro and Enterprise unlock 10 and 25 forms with a custom accent colour, hidden branding and a logo uploaded straight from the Forms editor via the Storage plugin.
Companies House Integration
Built-in UK Companies House lookup powers the Company Name and Company Address field types. Type a name, pick from live results, and registered office details auto-populate. Backed by the official Companies House public API.
Audit Logs
Workspace-level activity history covering member changes, role updates, settings edits, automation runs, snapshot jobs and license changes. Useful for compliance reviews and incident investigation.
